This exhibition effectively captured the theme of 'A better life for customers' by blending LG's cutting-edge technology with everyday experiences, using a design and experience-driven emotional strategy. It offered more than just a display of electronics; customers were immersed in an experience that felt more like viewing a work of art. LG set up its premium appliance display at the LG Gallery like an art museum. Visitors wore wireless earphones and enjoyed the premium products while listening to a guided tour. At the front of the LG Gallery, the Life's Good Square invites customers to explore the core values of LG's brand slogan, Life's Good, through sculptural installations and brand videos that share an optimistic messages about a better life and future. LG Electronics also designed a special space for Gen Z. The space showcased colorful premium shoe care appliances and the MoodUp refrigerator, which changes colors using the LG ThinQ app. With sneakers, figurines, and other items on display, the space gave off a fun and stylish atmosphere.
